Introductory/Beginner Karate

This 4-week introductory Karate program is designed for children ages 5+. The program will be held at Family Martial Arts of Pelham, located in the Hillside Plaza, 122 Bridge Street, in Pelham, NH.
This beginner, introductory level course will cover:
- Fun, age appropriate martial arts skills.
- The proper use of newly learned martial arts skills.
- Fun, age appropriate drills to develop balance, coordination, agility and overall fitness.
- Fun, age appropriate drills to help develop Self-Discipline, Focus, and Concentration.
